Es una casa cabaña, ubicada a 7 minutos del centro de Baños ,lleno de áreas verdes y jardines ,orquídeas y diversidad de aves , rodeada de montañas y una vista impresionante a la cuenca del rio Pastaza , única para el descanso y el relax familiar. Adicional para su conocimiento necesitan subir 38 escalones de cemento y piedra rústica , al final tendrán la recompensa de la magnífica vista al río Pastaza desde lo alto y su recién inaugurada hidropiscina de agua temperada.
