Spacious living room with separated kitchen and toilets on the ground floor while the first floor offers 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 with Queens bed and 1 with 4 single beds) and a bathroom. 5 minutes walk from train station and 1€ bus stop from Perpignan (PGF) Optional linen and cleaning.

60 m2 apartment with character facing the sea, with veranda, magnificent view!!! My apartment is in old Banyuls: Cap d'Oune. It's a really charming neighborhood, with its beautiful alleys. The apartment is very close to the beach, with access via a tunnel, without having to cross the road! And it is a stone's throw from all amenities (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery, fishmonger, cellars, pharmacy, doctors...) and activities.
