Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Village house, old, recently renovated, modern and functional. In addition to the kitchen-estar, it has two double rooms with a bathroom each. Terrace and garage for two cars. Comfortable, bright and well located. The village enjoys catering services and shops with local products. 20 kms. from the beach, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Unique traditional house in the middle of the old town

My accommodation is located in the middle of the picturesque old town of Collioure. It has a large sun terrace with a breathtaking view of the bay and castle because of its unique location. There is plenty of outdoor space and the beaches can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. My accommodation is very suitable for couples, families and groups. Pets are welcome. With our neighbouring houses, up to 20 guests can be accommodated. If you are interested, please just ask.
