This modern and spacious apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood of Malasaña. It has been recently renovated and it is our home when we stay in Madrid. It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The Barajas metro station is a 9-minute walk away, Ifema is two stops away, and the city centre is about 20 minutes away.

It is also an 8-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 12-minute walk to the Metropolitano Stadium.

At 20 meters, there is the bus line 101 stop that goes to the airport.
