"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

The house was renovated not long ago and is located in the historical Eden Paradiso building, downtown 100 meters away from the Anacapri square. Very bright and Mediterranean is perfect for couples or families with up to two children. It has a double bedroom with its own en suite bathroom with bathtub / shower, and two chair-beds IKEA (LYCKSELE MURBO) in the living room. There is a second bathroom with shower.
