Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

Ischia Ponte - a 5-minute walk from the sea, from the historic center of Ischia Ponte, where there is the Aragonese Castle, is our family home. Immersed in a garden of lemons, oranges and Mediterranean plants, the house has: a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Outside, in reserved spaces, it will be pleasant to take a break, to enjoy, from breakfast to dinner, the experience of living in an Ischian house in the center. A parking area is available.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. "CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
