Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

The apartment, just a 3-min walk from Amedeo Square (Metro L2, Funicular, Taxi Station), can host up to five guests and provides all the comforts for a relaxing stay in the heart of the historic and elegant Chiaia district. The main spaces are: two cozy bedrooms, a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a bright, fully stocked kitchen. The interiors are enriched by Liberty-style wood doors and frames from 1909, harmoniously balancing rustic elegance with modern amenities.

Ischia Ponte - 5 minutes on foot from the sea, from the historic center of Ischia Ponte, where there is the Aragonese Castle, our family home is located. Immersed in a garden of lemons, oranges, and Mediterranean plants, the house has: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. Outside, in reserved spaces, a break will be pleasant, to enjoy, from breakfast to dinner, the experience of living in an Ischian house in the center. A parking area is available.

La Riggiola

The apartment "La Riggiola" located in a stately period building, named after the typical Neapolitan 700 Neapolitan tiles that embellish the kitchen walls. Spacious and comfortable (100 sqm) it is furnished with refined elegance and attention to detail due to the presence of antique and designer furniture. It consists of 2 bedrooms with respective bathrooms, living area, equipped kitchen and closet. The large times that characterize it make it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Nearby you can participate in multiple sightseeing. The property is 5 minutes from the Mergellina Metro, which allows you to reach the most distant points of interest, 70 meters from the Belvedere di San Antonio in Posillipo.

Welcome to "Villa Il Leccio" The studio is located on a quiet private avenue, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from Heroes' Square. It is located in the large garden of the villa, of which only the entrance gate is shared. The accommodation tax is not included in the booking price: €2 (person)/night. We also offer a breakfast of homemade products and fresh fruit. A&M are waiting for you to provide tips and suggestions on how to best visit our island!

For this period of pandemic cleaning costs, I added the amount of € 40 for a sanitation carried out by an external company, which issues a regular certificate.
