Nestled at 1250 m, in a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse with beautiful amenities (private sauna and Nordic bath). The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Come and enjoy our T2 flat *Le Roc* ! Classified 3 stars***, located in Baratier at only 4km from Embrun. With a surface area of 42 m², very bright and warm, we can accommodate up to 4 travellers or 5 people if there are children (pls ask us). Studio near Embrun, all comforts, summer or winter

Close to Centre de Baratier (bakery bar, press, restaurants), 3 km of embrun (all shops, cinema, sncf station), 8 km from the ski slopes (Orres and Crevoux), 2 km from Lac de Serre-Ponçon. (nautical activities in summer). You will appreciate my accommodation for its exceptional view of the lake and the mountains (Mont Guillaume), located on the second floor, it is quiet. Small but cozy, it will welcome couples, solo travelers and families (with children). Friendly friends welcome.

Nice apartment in the heart of the mountains

In the heart of the Hautes-Alpes, 5 minutes from Embrun and 20 minutes from Les Orres ski resort, come and (re)discover the small village of Baratier. We offer you a pleasant and comfortable 54 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, a large living room and a large private balcony offering a magnificent view of Mont Guillaume and its neighboring peaks. The apartment is on the ground floor of a quiet residence (located in a cul-de-sac, no traffic) and wooded, not overlooked.

Only a 10-minute walk to the city center and Embrun train station. Less than 5 minutes' drive to the water and 20 minutes to Les Orres station, this apartment for 4 people is completely renovated. It will fill you with happiness with its calm and warm decor. You will appreciate having your beds made on arrival (sheets, towels included) and a Wi-Fi connection. Pleasant apartment T3 in family home. Guaranteed calm and breathtaking views over the mountains. It has: two bedrooms (sleeping 4), equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, small electro set including Nespresso type capsule coffee maker), bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine... Close proximity to Embrun body of water, children's play areas and sports equipment. Access by car or shuttles to Les Orres ski resorts (15 min) and Crévoux (25 min).

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

New 110 m² single-story house with a garden. Ideally located in the village of Baratier, close to all amenities. The house is located in a quiet residential area. No parties or events. Bakery in the village and supermarkets are 2 minutes' drive away. Embrun is a 5-minute drive away The lake and the waterbody are 2 minutes away. For skiing Les Orres ski resort is 20 minutes away Réallon is 25 minutes away Crevoux is 20 minutes away

Charming small studio in downtown Embrun, air-conditioned

Small recently refurbished studio on the third floor located in the city center of Embrun. Air-conditioned. Low ceiling height. Equipped with a balcony to admire the surrounding mountains. For 2 people with a very comfortable sofa bed. Electric roller shutter and blackout blind for the Velux. Free parking nearby. We provide towels and bed linens. A filter coffee maker is at your disposal as well as a pack of coffee.

Panoramic views of the Embrunais mountains and Serre Ponçon lake. We rent an apartment located BARATIER on the first floor of a house. The apartment is 2.5 km from the Embrun body of water and 13 km from Les Orres. We are unable to accommodate stays under 2 nights. For a reservation up to 2 people there is 1 room available, from 3 to 4 people there are 2 bedrooms available and 5 to 6 people there are 3 bedrooms.
