Ribera del Puente Apartment

Apartment located in one of the most charming areas of the city just 20 meters from the Roman Bridge, 200 meters from Casa Lis in the heart of the historic center but surrounded by green areas. The apartment was renovated in May 2017, is located on the ground floor of the building and is distributed over two floors, on the main floor is the living room/kitchen and the bathroom, and on the lower floor (semi-basement), which has old walls integrated into the house, two double bedrooms.

La Alegría de la Huerta is a rural complex with a lot of charm, located in an exclusive and protected environment: the natural park of Las Batuecas-Sierra de Francia (next to Cepeda, Salamanca). It consists of an old, renovated 20th century farmhouse and two beautiful, independent cabins. The cabins (bungalows) are two charming wooden houses that can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has a bathroom, shower, and fully stocked kitchen. There are outdoor areas with a barbecue.

La Casa de los Huertos is a country house on a 1-hectare plot in Barbadillo, Salamanca. Large countryside area with ornamental and fruit trees. Summer picnic area with sink and BBQ. The pool is in a fenced area for the summer (from June 15 to September 15). The house (on one floor) is accessed with 5 steps. Enclosed porch with heating that can be used as a seating area. Plot with 2 access doors, for vehicles and individuals. Large parking area.
