In our farm we have set up 1 cottage. It is located upstairs, accessed by a private staircase, and 1 outdoor area is dedicated to the cottage (barbecue, table and chairs) So you can enjoy the cozy and air-conditioned interior and the outdoors too! 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (bedroom 1: 30 m2) (bedroom 2: 10 m2) make up the sleeping areas. A living room at the entrance of this cottage (30 m2) A crib, folding crib and high chair All with a Wi-Fi connection!!! AIR CONDITIONING!!!

Welcome to the Villa des Palmiers🌴, close to all amenities, 5 km from Agen, this 130 m² villa in a residential area not overlooked, next to the sports complex, offers you comfort and tranquility. 4 bedrooms with TV, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, outdoor kitchen, plancha, petanque court. 8x4 saltwater pool heated to 26°C from June to the end of September. ❗️May and October optional, please consult us. ⚠️ November to end of April the pool will not be heated.

The entire accommodation, hot tub, sauna, steam room, terrace and pool are not shared with others. Facilities that can be used all year round: Large covered hot tub, temperature adjustable from 30° to 4°, steam room, sauna. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests allowed)

The residence has a heated pool, a play area and is fully fenced so it is safe for your children.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
