La chambre donne directement sur la terrasse et le jardinet… La plage se trouve à 400 m (on entend la mer de la maison…!) ; club de voile et de char à voile à proximité ; centre bourg à 10’ à pied. Le linge de lit peut être fourni sur demande avec un supplément de 10€. Nespresso.

The neighborhood is quiet. Walks in the forest, bike rides, beach, shore fishing, visits to the tourist sites of Noirmoutier (markets, ports, castle, nature reserve of the polder of Sebastopol), will be activities not to be missed.

Nice independent room on the first floor, in a home but really isolated, with direct access to the dune and the beach in a house with mill and swimming pool. Room equipped with good bedding of 160 x 190, TV, personal toilet, separate bathroom, kettle, coffee maker, and small fridge available. Barbâtre Sailing School nearby Activity on the island, swimming, catamaran, kitesurfing, sand yachting, shore fishing, bike ride... We do not allow pets.

It includes: a kitchenette, a living room, a bedroom (double bed), a walk-in shower, a toilet, a garden, and a roof terrace with a sea view. About 5 minute walk to the sea. You can drive, bike or walk to the Gois road famous for its tides, the pier for the island of Yeu, stroll through the forest and the polder of Sevastopol. Not accessible for people with disabilities
