As well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small shower room. The upper floor consists of a master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.

Rent vacation home in Gourmalon district – Thalasso/Plage de la Source 300 m. Access to beaches, port, markets/shops is on foot and by bike (rental 200 m away). Fully equipped kitchen, back kitchen, living/sitting room with TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds (160 x 200 and 140 x 190) with office area (fiber-optic Wi-Fi access) and 1 bedroom with 2 small beds, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room. New quality bedding. Linen not provided except as an option at extra cost – see below. No cleaning option.

Close to the beach, facing the island of Yeu and all shops in season. Atlantic slide 500 m away, bike paths, restaurants. Riding on the beach at the equestrian center less than a mile away. the dunes and the forest to escape to the sun or shade. 5 minutes from Saint Jean de Mont ( L 'estacade, its beaches where sailing is practiced,its markets,its casino, its golf course, etc.). 15 minutes from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie,its pretty port and shops. A vacation of dreams.

Pretty recent blackmoutrine house. All comforts, perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the center and the old port, and 10 minutes by bike from the beach and the Bois de la Chaise. Nice little flowered garden, intimate with wooden decking, olive tree, deckchairs and barbecue, very comfortable underfloor heating. Private parking, enclosed in the evening. Ranking 3 keys, 3 stars.
