This pretty house is located in the middle of a private cul-de-sac, you will be quiet! Far from the large summer crowds, you will appreciate the town of Barbâtre for its beautiful beaches and magnificent forest. The house is 3 km from shops (food, bakery, tobacco press, restaurants, bike rental).

Cozy family home, in a cul-de-sac, 7 minutes' walk from the ocean beach (kite, nautical club) and 200 m from the shops. Its large bay windows opening onto a landscaped garden offer a bright atmosphere in all weather. Very functional, the open kitchen is fully equipped. A living room with tasteful decor benefits from an insert for friendly moments. The three bathrooms and toilets offer privacy and convenience. An idyllic setting for unforgettable memories.

Barbâtre Sailing School nearby Activity on the island, swimming, catamaran, kitesurfing, sand yachting, shore fishing, bike ride... We do not allow pets.
