Very bright house of 115 m² located in Barbâtre on the island of Noirmoutier, comprising a living space of 35 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy its enclosed garden, with terrace. The beach is 900 m away, shops are 15 minutes away by bike and 5 minutes away by car. Beautiful bike rides or walks are possible from the house to admire the ocean.

700 m from the Red Cross beach and close to shops, you will stay in an accommodation renovated in 2023. Beds will be made upon arrival and linens provided so you can make the most of your time on the island 🏖 Beach access via Rue de La Croix Rouge. The neighborhood is quiet and residential.
