The apartment is conveniently located a stone's throw away from the beach, very functional, equipped with very useful board games in bad weather. There's also a great playlist available. Laurent is very responsive and friendly, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is in a great location, very peaceful especially this season. It was clean and well-equipped. Only downside for the bedding which was not very comfortable but this is very subjective. Adeline is very friendly and responsive with very clear instructions.

Thierry’s place was wonderful! It was in a great spot, parking was easy and it was very clean. It had everything we needed for our month stay and felt like home. The best was so comfortable!

We had a lovely week! This is an apartment but the direct access via the outside staircase lets us imagine that this is a house. The area is lovely. Because of this, even in rainy weather, if you decide to read or play cards, you don't feel cramped. The interior design and cleanliness are very nice. Compared to our habits to enjoy X de Vie on foot, the accommodation is perfectly located between the pedestrian street and Boisvinet beach. Communication via message with Jean-Denis or the concierge is fast. In short, as we are used to renting in the neighborhood, the family was unanimous, this is where we want to come back 🙂

Stay offered to my parents, they were delighted. Very friendly welcome by the owner, very clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation, good location. Great, they highly recommend it. All that was missing was the sun!

Guillaume is a very pleasant and very responsive host. Her house is very spacious and matches the description in full. Sleeping arrangements are very good quality. Proximity to the sea is easily accessible by bike even with the little ones ( 4 years) The walled garden is very nice for the safety of children and a plus parking for 3 cars. No hesitation to come back.

We (as a family with 2 children) absolutely enjoyed staying at Daniel's apartment. The communication with Daniel in advance was hassle-free and we always got a quick response. The apartment was sparkling clean and lovingly furnished, not least an excellently equipped kitchen. Once across the street and you are on the beach - unbeatable! Daniel and his wife were extremely friendly and had great tips for the area and restaurants! We were also grateful for great flexibility with check-in/-out.
