A small airlock after the stairs connects the living room, a double bedroom with king size bed, and separate toilet, Fitted kitchen and bathroom, offering a view of the sky.

Nous vous proposons 'Le Nordique', un GRAND STUDIO de 40m² disposant d'un BAIN NORDIQUE PRIVATIF CHAUD avec JETS HYDROMASSANT et d'un SAUNA. Il se situe au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison récente que nous avons pris plaisir à imaginer, construire et aménager dans le but de vivre des instants mémorables à Aix les Bains.

Appartement atypique et tranquille (42m² au sous-sol de notre maison). Cuisine ouverte sur un jardin de 700m² avec vue sur le massif des Bauges. Chambre parentale spacieuse. Petit salon convertible en chambre avec canapé-lit 2 places menant à une salle de bains, petite mais fonctionnelle (douche+wc). Situé à 30 min maximum des lacs l'été ( Bourget, Aiguebelette, St André, La Thuile, etc), et des premières pistes de ski l'hiver (La Feclaz, Margeriaz).

New independent studio with separate toilet, shower room, small equipped kitchen, double bed, sofa bed for 1 or 2 children only, and private garden with outdoor sofa furniture, deckchairs and table with chairs. Free private parking, entrance to the studio and in the enclosed property with motorized gate with digicode. Arrival and Free Access with digicode for the gate and secure key box for the accommodation. Quiet, close to the center of Chambéry.

Take a break at the foot of the mountains in our studio. Parking is available in front of the studio to recharge electric cars (10 euros per recharge, to be paid on site). Thermal cars must park on the street 20 m away. A hot plate is available for cooking as well as a Senseo with pods. The studio has a 140 x 190 bunk bed and a sofa bed for 2 children. The studio is air-conditioned in summer for cool nights.

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome within our small farm dedicated to plants. You will be charmed by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. We'll be happy to introduce you to our work if you'd like. Our house and farm premises are 80 meters from the dome and its terrace, not overlooked.
