Located in a central and safe area, well connected by public transport and just 10 minutes walk from the exclusive shops of Paseo de Gracia, the Gaudir apartment will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the apartment Gaudir is located in a residential property especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Entering the apartment you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by a careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 8 diners. The kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The balcony-terrace has excellent views of the rooftops of Barcelona. The night area consists of three bedrooms: two of them have two single beds together (they can be separated on request), wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace with views. The third bedroom has two comfortable single beds and space to store belongings. From the apartment you can walk to the main sites, although there are multiple connections with metro, bus and taxi a few meters from the apartment .... even to go to the Congress Fair If you walk 10 / 15 minutes you will reach : Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Born, Paseo de Gracia, La Pedrera, Arc de Triomphe, Plaza Cataluña, Palace of Music, Cathedral, several shopping areas..... The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located in a private housing estate. The farm has a concierge service from 8h to 13h and from 17h to 19h from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 8h to 13h. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be met so as not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. For your safety do not overload the elevators. Maximum capacity 4 people or 2 people + 2 suitcases. It is forbidden to invite people to the apartment who have not been previously identified at check-in. The number of occupants must match what was contracted on the AIRBNB reservation. HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Modern apartment fully equipped with nice terrace and swimming pool. Close to Plaça Espanya / Montjuic. The public transport connections from the appartement are very good. The next Metro Stop (Espanya) is about 100m away from the appartment. Many buses just stop in the square.And you will never have a problem to get a taxi in a few seconds. The bus to the airport is just close to the building The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, museums, ATMs and one big mall (Las Arenas).
