Monthly Rentals in Barongarook West

Sarah’s beautiful cottage was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! Super cosy, clean and so many thoughtful touches such as board games, a beer in the fridge from the awesome brewery next door and fire wood ready to go. Sarah was an incredible host - warm, friendly and proactive in her communication. We loved the sweet town of Forrest and would 100% return if we find ourselves in VIC again!

We had breathtaking service with our stay at Orien’s with warm bread waiting for us on the kitchen counter, fridge with drinks, cupboard with some snacks, pasta and some homemade bread spreads. The fireplace was made ready for us to use. It was a clean house with a variety of toys, two swings outside and a stunning garden. I particularly enjoyed bird watching and spotted some small birds I’ve never seen before - a Flame Robin. We experienced a black out during our stay but we knew exactly what to do because Orien left clear instructions. The region is glorious full of wonderful activities to do with the family. Though I would not have minded staying at this cottage for the entire holiday - the house was full of interesting books and plants to explore. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage and would love to return again. Thank you Orien and Bethany for making our family trip memorable.

We had such a great stay! The cabin was beautiful - clean, well set up and nestled right in the bush with tame and friendly king parrots always on the balcony. Being immersed in the bush was so peaceful. We will surely be back!

Our stay was absolutely lovely when we first got there it was a bit chilly but heated up very quickly with the beautiful wood fire , even the outside fire was easy to light with the fire lighters, kitchen was well equipped and the outside bath was lovely on such a chilly night
