Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens. This is a wooden house with a quintessential Rancho Valicero style. It is a ranch that keeps the air from the Valizas ranches. Rustic and natural but with everything to spend a few beautiful days, feeling comfortable and very close to the beach. Due to the proximity to the beach there is no power, so the light works with a solar panel, and a battery where you can charge your cell phone and tablets if necessary. The house has a grill and shaded place to be outside.
