Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. The cottage sits on three lots with a nice size yard for kids to play and plenty of parking. The cottage has comfortable sized rooms, inside & outside eating area, wifi, and cable. Three mini splits heat and cool the cottage. There are several golfcourses and wineries close by. The cottage has its own private dock and swimming area.

Welcome to our cozy cottage on Lost Lake! This cottage may be small (564 square feet of heaven! ) , but it sits on a channel that will take you to 10 lakes on the Martiny Chain. A day of adventure awaits- Kayaking, boating and fishing!! Enjoy a campfire or relax in the hammock. If you are a hunter state hunting land surrounds you . We do not rent out the pontoon but the boat launch is a 1/2 mile from the cottage.
