This house has a cottage character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Guest card on request and payment of the guest tax possible. The apartment on the top floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litz promenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Thanks to a key safe, the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 PM. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking space for 1 car, max. 2 m wide and 4 m long!

Attention: for the winter (from Oct 25) at least 4 nights, ideally 7. Preferred days for check-in: Sat/Sun, but other days are also possible if check-out is on a Sun. The lovingly furnished apartment (cozy living room with kitchenette, hallway + double room with shower/toilet, balcony) impresses with the special atmosphere in the Montafon wooden house and the quiet central location. Grocery store, restaurants and bus stop (ski and hiking bus) in the immediate vicinity, parking directly by the house (dead end). Garden & sun terrace for shared use. For more than 2 people, an adjoining double room with shower/toilet is used (for children, please ask).
