Just steps from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park. Visit the many activities the park and Lady Bird Lake provides. A short walk to restaraunts, bars, trails, paddle boarding, swimming, arts, museums, theaters, etc. High speed google fiber internet will provide a wonderful work or entertainment environment in this mid century modern home. April 2025: The neighbors in the back have started constructing a new home which creates some noise. Please take this into account when booking.

The Peaceful Haven is a spiritual retreat from your busy day or a crash pad at the end of the night. If location, peace, color, comfort and unique art matter you will love my space. Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs. Another private deck off the back bedroom overlooking secluded tree covered yard. Includes three bedrooms, two queen beds and one king.
