Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Continental breakfast first day. Dogs welcome but not to be left unattended in property.

It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the Bombay Sapphire Distillery are all near, as well as the quaint market towns of Stockbridge and Hungerford and the ancient cathedral city of Winchester.
