We rent out this 40 m² studio, an independant part of our house accessible on the ground floor. It includes a living area, a sleeping area, a separate bathroom, and a private outdoor terrace. Pool access on demand from may to september. It is located in a peaceful and bucolic setting, just 8 min by car from Biarritz train station, 12 min from the beach, 15 min from Bayonne, and 35 min from San Sebastian. It's an ideal space for discovering the region. Baby crib available on request.

Nice studio of about 21m on the ground floor of our house, no common space, totally independent entrance, with its parking space and benefiting from a small terrace without overlooking neighbours. You will find all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The house is less than 5 minutes from buses and tram-buses, 15 minutes by car from the beaches, Biarritz and Bayonne. We are available to guests for all information about the surroundings of our beautiful region.

Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
