This former apartment of the Büdner family is on the ground floor with a west terrace and gardens to the west and east. With its large number of rooms, it is ideal for families. We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. We rent a lovingly renovated, fantastic apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house built around 1900 in the bathroom style. The charming house is in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and the Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which lead through a small coastal protector, so you can already hear the sound of the sea at breakfast on the terrace.

This is our Villa Huberta. We rent 2 apartments here - in this advertisement we would like to offer our 110 sqm apartment on the upper ground floor, completely renovated and furnished in 2021. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests with another sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and offers all guests space for a cozy get-together.
