The Dye House: peaceful retreat, just outside Bath

The Dye House is a charming cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just 3 miles from Bath centre. Walk in along the picturesque canal, take the quirky riverboat from nearby Bathampton or catch a bus. Tucked away privately at the bottom of our large garden, beside a gentle brook, it offers a peaceful, comfortable retreat. There is a pool for summer and a woodburner for winter. And a home cinema with lots of movies for anytime! Happy to help with pointers to make the most of your stay.

Part of the SummerHouse Luxury Holiday Lets complex, Old Stables is a grand house in the middle of the Chew Valley overlooking the stunning Mendip foothills. Old Stables boast use of a heated indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, steam room & changing rooms. There are four lux bedrooms, three are en-suite, comfortably sleeping eight people with additional small pull-out beds for three, plus a pair of sofa beds for four more in our spacious reception rooms. Pictures don't do Old Stables justice!

This stunning flat is set in the old stable block of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. It also has a cosy pub just yards from the end of the drive open Weds - Sundays with others closeby. A romantic hideaway or for a small family of 4. Pls bring own pool towels.

This 5* Gold Award property is one of 3 luxury cottages, new to Airbnb but with consistently great guest reviews. For 2 night weekends, Sunday 8pm checkout. Within a National Landscape (AONB) with its own walled garden and parking. Sleeps up to 8 people (+cots). Book exclusive use of the 15 metre indoor pool, heated to 30 degrees. Cinema and games room are rainy day options. Lovely pub walks. Wells 10 mins by car, Longleat, Bath, Cheddar, Bruton within 30 mins. Lilycombe lists lots to do.

The house is really suitable for get togethers with a large dining room and drawing room . Set in the middle of the Chew Valley, the 250 year old Farmhouse is situated within easy walking distance from the village with good off road walks starting from the house, alternatively the Mendip Hills, Cheddar Gorge, and Wells are on the other side of the valley There is ample secure parking around the courtyard The kitchen is fully equipped [2 fridge/x1freezer] and the dining room seats 14

Spectacular luxury 2 bedroom barn conversation overlooking a hidden valley close to the city of Bath. This bright spacious living space won't disappoint, set on the edge of a Roman footpath with unobstructive views across open fields and valley which can also be viewed from the private hot-tub which is situated on the vast decked area. A quiet location to wind down and relax with friends and family. For the summer months guests also have sole use of the swimming pool.
