Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.

Sunset Cove Studio Cottage near Lake Lansing

This studio style cottage set in a quiet subdivision on Lake Lansing is perfect for one or two people. Private lake access is available, so bring your beach chairs and kayaks. Renovated in 2019, this cottage is fully modern, has free WiFi, an available washer and dryer, and is close to MSU and Lansing, MI. The Trails of Lake Lansing are a short walk away for hiking, and the bike path around the lake connects to the Greater Lansing Non-motorized Pathway.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
