Beautiful cottage! The cottage is located on a small country road made the place feel really private. looks exactly like the pictures, super clean and lovely hot tub! sarah is a fantastic host and very easy to contact. We had a lovely stay at Poppy’s cottage, it was conveniently located only a 10 minute drive into Bath but far enough out the way to wake up to beautiful countryside views. The hot tub was a lovely addition to the property where we enjoyed a bottle of complimentary Prosecco in the evenings. This was a last minute booking for us yet the property was spotless on arrival and clear instructions and helpful information was given to us. I would highly recommend this beautiful quaint country cottage and would definitely return! Thank you for a lovely couple of nights away 😊

Dovecote was just the perfect place to relax and unwind. We had the best time and managed to see so much in a short space of time. Bath city and the best Italian restaurant Sotto Sotto was worth the visit. A must place to go and eat . We loved Cheddar Gorge . Wells was beautiful and the surroundings of Dovecote was gorgeous. Will definitely be recommended this little Gem.

Lovely little mini break, gorgeous surroundings and really peaceful - just what we both needed. Ideal location to access surrounding areas. The local pub was great, food was lovely and the staff really welcoming and friendly. Thoroughly recommended for a recharge.

Just arrived home after a wonderful night celebrating our daughter’s Birthday. The cottage is amazing. Carley is a wonderful host and provided us a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided. The hot tub was wonderful, and my daughters loved playing in the tree house and play room. My only regret is that I wish I booked the cottage for longer. We will definitely return in the near future. Thank you Carley and John for a magical evening. xxx

Perfect getaway location, with everything you might need easily accessible. Lovely little cottage, very clean, lovely and warm, nice big tv and very comfy sofa’s & bed. The cottage has everything you needed. Hot tub was nice and big and private…Host’s were very friendly with excellent communication. Will definitely return for another trip. Had a great stay, sadly we only had a couple days! The accommodation has everything you need for a longer stay. Hot tub was great and no hassle to use. Bathroom was a big plus, great shower too. Really nice to be left with bread, milk, coffee and a bottle of prosecco! small touches but it meant we did not have to immediately do a food shop. We managed to use the oven and hobs which was also painless. A good stay overall. It was also incredibly clean and warm. We did not use the fire or some of the kitchen appliances like the coffee machine but if we stayed longer we would have. Thank you Gary and Lynda!

Had a fantastic stay with Gillie and martin for our anniversary, place was lovely private pool and hot tub were amazing additions, spacious rooms and a huge garden with arces of space to walk around and take in the views. At times it was almost hard to believe we had such a nice place to ourselves. Gillie and Martin were both fantastic hosts really nice, responsive and helpful for all our needs, they even had a a booklet detailing trails to walk locally, places to eat and even maps and emergency numbers, extremely well prepared to say the least. Had one stroke of bad luck as there was a power cut in the area and we were out of electricity for the day, however they were still very accomidating offered us a refund for one of the days and even an extra day if we wanted to stay longer. All in all still was a fantastic stay and the hosts were just as amazing, would definitely recommend. Thanks again guys!

My husband, Chris and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Horseshoe Cottage. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equipped. It was great to have an outdoor space to let our dogs out whenever they needed to. The bed was extremely comfortable and all the laundry was pristine. The kitchen was very well equipped and again, very clean. As soon as we walked inside it felt peaceful and welcoming.

Annabelle made everything so easy for our stay. The Cottage was exactly what we were looking for and was pristine. With comfy beds and nice linen. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and delightful stay

We absolutely loved our two nights at this cottage! Everything was perfect. Lovely fire, comfy sofa, well-equipped kitchen. Absolutely loved the decor - particularly the very pretty bedroom. We had fun day out in Castle Combe which is not far at all. Hope we will be back again as our trip was too short!

we stayed as a group of 3 plus 2 small dogs over a beautifully sunny weekend and found the cottage to be a little piece of heaven. Clean and cosy with all the necessities and comforts. The super king bed really is super and there's a lovely hot shower. We appreciated Peter and Sue's perfect balance of attentive and unobtrusive and felt totally relaxed. Ample parking and a beautiful garden with opportunity to sit in the sun with a beer after climbing Glastonbury tor or shopping in Street or there's a great local pub. Highly recommended! Thank you.

we had a fabulous stay at priory view, very dog friendly, lots of great beaches within close distance. Loved that the garden was totally secure for the dog, no worries of him getting out. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Sally and Steve have a lovely cosy cottage, you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Sally was very welcoming on my arrival, told me a few things about the cottage and had left a much appreciated cake in the kitchen. Woollard is a very pretty village, with lovely walks and a choice of pubs that serve food. I recommend this as a good location, with easy access to Bristol and Bath. Sally and Steve are very friendly hosts and go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Thank you.

Great stay at the Granary. Everything we needed. Holly was very welcoming and even left a lovely homemade cake on arrival - which was delicious. Communication was so quick and easy and the accommodation was easy to find. And what a lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings! A super place to explore the area (Bath and Bristol really close by) if that’s what you’re after. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here!

Lovely, peaceful location. Short walk to the pub with a great Indian restaurant and takeaway. The whole place was immaculately clean. Really comfy bed. As mentioned by others parking is a bit of a squeeze.

A perfect location for our short break in Somerset with 2 dogs. The villa is quirky, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of space for families with a beautiful garden, sun room and great kitchen. Lovely walks nearby and we walked to the local restaurant the first evening for a takeaway. Took a total of 8 mins there and back! A great base for visiting the Mendips, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and Blagdon. A stones throw from Wookey Hole also, although we didn’t visit this time. I would really recommend this beautiful place. If you want to either kick back and relax, or walk and walk and walk - then this is the place for you. Thank you so much. We’d love to return if you’ll have us!

Arthur was the perfect host, everything you could ask for when we needed it but discrete and let us enjoy the house as our own and enjoy our break. Lovely old house, bright, spacious but cozy, well appointed and tasteful. Lots of wee things provided that you don’t think to bring but make the stay that much easier and convenient. Perfect for the dog, fantastic walking on the doorstep, with dog friendly pubs and great views. Only 20 minutes from Bristol so a great base. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had the most wholesome time in this cottage. Exactly what we were looking for for a girl's trip in the countryside. This stay was a whole experience for us. The fireplace, DVD player, tea pot, little table in the garden where we had breakfast—everything about it was perfect. 100% recommend.

My father and husband always have a fantastic stay at Diane’s place. They stay most years when showing their classic motorcycles at the local show ground. The house is absolutely immaculate, really comfortable and the shower amazing. Diane always leaves food basics such as bread, milk and jam etc plus treats which are hugely appreciated. Thanks so much Diane for another wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay, beautiful surroundings and happened to be perfect weather too. We loved how easy it was to get to Longleat and Bath. The annexe was beautifully decorated, cosy and spotless. Would highly recommend!
