Holiday rentals with lake access in Batumi

Прекрасные апартаменты с изумительной хозяйкой 👌🏻 Расположение отличное между новым и старым Батуми, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Хозяйка всегда на связи, разрешила нам дождаться нашего рейса в квартире. Размеры квартиры впечатляют, огромные спальни и высокие потолки, мебель хорошего качества. Обязательно вернемся сюда, настоятельно рекомендую 👍♥️

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

I would like to especially thank the owners for their friendliness and warmth. ) It was very important for us to have a yard as we traveled with children - they needed space for games and other pranks. Everything in the house was good for us. It was especially convenient to have a lot of bathrooms (we traveled with six).

Отдыхали большой компанией, 3 семьи, 9 человек, включая 3 детей. Комнаты уютные, чистые, как и описывали. Есть все необходимое. Чувствовали себя как дома. Место расположения самое выгодное, все в шаговой доступности. Отдельно надо сказать о Леване и его супруге Лие: замечательные люди, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. В следующий раз остановимся обязательно у Левана

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

Marine is so kind everything else is and added bonus. The home is exactly how it looks ok the photos, You have a private room, it's a bedroom/slash workspace/ living room but it's all how you use the space creatively. You have a private good sized kitchen, you have a private toilet and a private shower/laundry room. there are directly in the hallway outside of the bedroom/ living room. All rooms are only accessible by keys (1 per room) that only you will have. It's quiet, private, cozy, and safe. Walkability 1000 percent. City bus access a few steps away, Charter bus company Lüks Karadeniz ti Türkiye is a few streets away, there's markets everywhere. This is one of a very few streets with big beautiful trees so when you walk out of the building it's beautiful. The picture shows it as a pink building, but it was recently painted a deep green wit white trim. If you need anything contact Marine if you break anything contact Marine, it is a business but she is fair.

My stay at Nino’s self contained apartment could not have been better. I was in town for 3 nights and man was I lucky her place was available! An easy/ flat 5 minute walk to the main area of town, extremely clean, quiet, most comfy bed ever, great wifi & tv and above all her hospitality - unmatched! This is one of those Airbnb stays the company envisioned - you won’t go wrong here.

Exceptionally beautiful and cozy interior. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished, there is absolutely everything you need. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, you can walk to the beach every evening to watch the sunsets. Across the street there is a cafe where you can have breakfast from 8:30, very convenient if you plan to travel early. We liked it very much, in such an apartment you want to stay longer..

Overall stay was great. the location was really near to all attraction places and loved the view from the balcony

We liked that the apartment was spacious and clean, fully corresponds to the photos you see, after a good renovation. Very nice location next to the park and a few minutes to the sea. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The host was helpful and responded quickly to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The views from the apartment and balcony were amazing. It is located very near to the beach, shops, banks and restaurants. Mikheil is a great host and responds very quickly. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we could wish for. Wifi is very fast and the tv has youtube. I highly recommend the place!

Остались довольны, хорошее место, рядом есть неплохие рестораны; море в двух минутах ходьбы; собственный газовый котел, в котором можно отрегулировать нужную температуру отопления квартиры, что удобно в не-сезон; удобная просторная двуспальная кровать; много посуды и столовых приборов. По фотографиям и описанию соответствует. Коммунальные выходят небольшие, в среднем 100 лари в месяц с учетом интернета в 50 мбит\сек.

Отличная квартира, в удобном районе города. Внутри было все, что обещал хозяин квартиры Рядом много магазинов с продуктами и ресторанов. До набережной очень близко, и такси до старого центра стоит недорого Николоз всегда был на связи и помогал при заселении, спасибо огромное!
