Holiday rentals with beach access in Bauduen

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer. Sauber und gut und modern ausgestattet. Beschreibung und Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein. Der Zugang zu einem kleinen Strand geht direkt über die Anlage. Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, auch wenn die Dame, die uns empfangen hat mit Google-Übersetzer kommunizierte. Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen zwei Appartements und ist etwas hellhörig. Nachbarn haben sich nach 22 Uhr über Gespräche in normaler Lautstärke auf der Terrasse beschwert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso der große Strand in ca. 10 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊!

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour en famille chez Jean-Louis . Appartement confortable et bien situé pour visiter Saint tropez, ramatuelle, cavalaire et randonner sur les chemins côtiers. Jean Paul est très réactif et à su répondre à toutes nos interrogations.

Appartement avec tout le nécessaire, une bonne litterie, très propre et au calme. La pièce de vie est spacieuse et la terrasse est très agréable. L'appartement est proche du port et de la plage. Sylvie et Philippe sont très accueillants et réactifs. Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description : il est très propre, bien équipé, lumineux…parfait pour une famille. L’appartement est également très bien situé pour rayonner sur la côte où randonner aux alentours (beaucoup de sentiers sont accessibles à pied). Enfin l’accueil et l’hospitalité d’Aldo sont très agréables.

I had a great time in Caroline's apartment. She is an excellent host, offering detailed information for check in and always responding promptly. The location of the apartment is ideal being only a stone’s throw from a lovely beach and a short walk into Ste Maxime. It has an east facing terrace, offering the sun in the morning and shade during the hottest parts of the day. I hope to visit again.

Un petit appartement idéalement placé au centre de Saint-Tropez, bien équipé, avec beaucoup de charme et une jolie déco. Tout était réuni pour passer un super séjour ! Je recommande vivement et j'y reviendrai certainement ! :-)

What a fantastic apartment in a great location, walkable to 2 beaches, close to restaurants….we loved our stay at Slyvie-Anne’s place.

Super séjour entre amis avec des enfants de 3/4 ans Maison bien adaptée pour eux avec le jardin sécurisé. Plage à 1 min à pied. Sentier du littoral à côté. Plage de sable à 5 min en voiture 15 min à pieds ( 20 min avec enfants ). Grand parc de jeux super sympa à 5 min à pieds de la maison. La maison était très propre. Prévoir juste les éléments de base (sel, huile, vinaigre, pastilles lave vaisselle, torchon cuisine..) Tout était très bien nous avons adoré notre séjour 👍☺️

La maison de Nadège est très agréable, spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable et très bien équipée ! Bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Laura est très sympathique. Le logement est dans un lieu calme avec un magnifique jardin. Le jardin est clôturé ce qui est en plus pour nos chiennes. Nous avons apprécié la gentille attention de Laura, son très bon jus de pomme au frigo à notre arrivée. Merci pour tout.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison coquette et équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut. Très bon contact et disponibilité de notre hôte. Tenir compte que la chambre à deux lits d’enfants est vraiment très petite. Sinon le reste était parfait.

Je voulais remercier Alena qui a été une hôte parfaite. Nous avons réservé cette villa à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma femme. Alena nous a laissé un message ainsi qu’un petit cadeau à cette occasion. La villa est très jolie et dispose d’un jardin très bien entretenu. Elle a veillé à ce que nous pouvions profiter de la piscine en la chauffant à 28 degrés. Ce séjour a été formidable. Elle a été proactive à ce que nous pouvions avoir besoin et toujours très réactive. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour.

Das Häuschen hat unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Ruhige Lage , Einkauf-Restaurants und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein tolles Parkgrundstück und netter Empfang. Im Häuslichen war alles zweckmäßig und ordentlich. Man hat alles was benötigt wird. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher haben wir gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.

Jag och min fru bokade denna fantastiska och minnesvärda villa tillsammans med våra barn och barnbarn. Det är inte ofta man blir berörd och upplever en vistelse mycket bättre än förväntat. Supporten från Marie-Laure och Barbara var utöver det vanliga på alla sätt och det var en fröjd och en trygghet att känna oss så väl omhändertagna. Allt i huset var prima, fräscht och höll väldigt hög nivå - pool, vy, terass med solstolar, uteplats med egen grill, kök och hela boendet i övrigt, det fanns absolut ingenting som fattades. Vi rekommenderar boendet med dess närhet till havet, omgivningen och färja till Saint-Tropez. Även de närliggande restaurangerna höll bra klass. Dessutom låg en mindre matbutik nära vilket underlättade. Anders och Lisa med familj 2024-09-22

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und hat auch eine moderne Einrichtung. Vorallem der Tisch draußen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da was in der Beschreibung stande. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls seher gut. Man kann man zu Fuß schnell an Strand (ca. 10min). Auch die Kommunikation mit Justine lief sehr gut.

Lamine est un hôte accueillant et bienveillant, son logement a etait pratique afin de pouvoir allez au vélodrome le soir encore merci pour votre hospitalité

Ciria è una HOST gentile, cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia principale di Sainte-Maxime. L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo, ordinatissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. Probabilmente l'appartamento più pulito tra tutti quelli in cui abbiamo soggiornato negli ultimi 10 anni. Si può mangiare all'interno oppure all'esterno su un ampio balcone. In estate è disponibile il condizionatore e gli infissi funzionano benissimo perché, isolano perfettamente dal rumore. Inoltre, da un punto di vista pratico (lo possiamo definire un vero "plus") è possibile parcheggiare la propria auto all'interno di un enorme garage, a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Davvero comodissimo. Potete dimenticarvi completamente della vostra auto!!! Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri perché è stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. 5 Stelle meritatissime!!!

Jean michel was een super vriendelijke host en het appartement zit op een toplocatie! Bij aankomst waren we iets eeder dan verwacht. Wij konden onze koffers laten staan en hij heeft ons afgezet bij een restaurant op het strand. Na een half uur werden we weer opgehaald en kregen we een rondleiding door het appartement. Hij heeft ons op de hoogte gebracht van alle activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Ook bood hij ons aan een tafel te nemen in een overvol restaurant, omdat hij de eigenaar kende. Bij vertrek bleek dat wij vertraging hadden. Helaas konden wij niet langer blijven, omdat het appartement al was verhuurd. Hij dacht met ons mee en stelde meerde opties voor. Uiteindelijk heeft hij ons afgezet bij de accommodatie van mijn zus. Kortom een super host! Deze accomodatie is zeker een aanrader!

En roadtrip, cet environnement paisible et sécurisant fut la base arrière de mes larges explorations de la région. L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu. Ses équipements et l'espace sont efficacement disposés/organisés. La vue sur la mer est ce petit plus qui vous émerveille dès le réveil ! Les commerçants locaux sont affables, et l'offre est suffisante pour pallier les besoins quotidiens. Dont quelques restaurants très agréables. Disponible, Axel est acceillant et très sympathique. Ses explications écrites, comme ses conseils de vive voix lors de l'accueil, sont précis et efficaces. Je recommande vivement.

Anthony a été super accueillant et très réactif, en effet nous avons eu un problème avec le lave vaisselle, et celui ci a été changé directement ! De plus, l’appartement était conforme aux photos et à la description, tout était parfait, je recommande vivement.

Located walking distance from the main center and the beach front. Area was quiet and peaceful. Front private patio and a rear yard was so nice to feel comfortable and cozy once we were in and settled. My daughter and I walked to the market on the weekend from the apartment and enjoyed watching the beach and the yachts at night. Plenty of cold ac in the entire space and the hot water was nice for the showers.

Merci carine de nous avoir reçu en dernière minute, logement impeccable et propriétaire super agréable. On y retournera l’année prochaine pour notre rallye du Var
