Beautiful traditional house completely renovated, located in the center of the village close to shops and restaurants, in a pedestrian street 100 meters from the shores of the lake. Warm, very comfortable, it consists of a very well-equipped kitchen open to the living room. A living room offers a welcoming and cozy reading and relaxation area as well as 3 bedrooms with storage. A cellar is available 20 meters from the house where you can store your bikes or other items

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, located in the heart of the small medieval village of Bauduen, close to Lake Sainte-Croix and the Verdon Gorge.🌿 The kitchen, living room and terrace are on the ground floor. It is a narrow spiral staircase that allows you to access the two bedrooms and the shower room/toilet, then the third bedroom on the second floor. Each room has a 140/190 bed and storage. Panoramic view. Self check-in is possible 🌿

🏠 Pretty 42m2 stone cottage located at the top of the village of Bauduen next to the church. Former sheepfold, it is leaning on a large apparent rock that makes it its originality. 🪨 The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice view of the lake from the bedroom. The beach as well as shops and restaurants are accessible by foot at the bottom of the village (5 minutes down, 10 up: muscular gambettes insured!👟)

Beautiful small 53 square meter villa, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and open kitchen. Enjoy the heavenly view of the garden, the 25-square-meter private terrace with pergola and shade sail, and the song of cicadas, birds and sometimes the pond frog!
