Abrahams Bayr Cottage

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

We have placed particular emphasis on high-quality and comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former holiday settlement and offers a lot of privacy.

Our brand new renovated A-frame cottage offers you everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Whether swimming in the lake, paddling on the Altmühl, fishing, hiking or cycling on the panoramic trail, everything is within walking distance. You can also simply spend the day reading, barbecuing or playing on the 25 sqm terrace. We have deliberately avoided a TV to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation together.

Have you ever wondered what it's like to live in an old half-timbered house? However, without having to do without the usual amenities! Then you are exactly right with us. With one step you are in the middle of the old town of Seligenstadt, a southern Hessian pearl not yet known to everyone. On two floors we offer space for up to six people, a large living / dining area, terrace and balcony and storage for your bicycles.

In the morning, walk to the lake in swimwear and swim a little, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2 minutes away. In the evening, stroll through the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the terrace. Either way, it could look like this, a holiday in our apartment on Lake Constance.
