The spacious terraced corner house is located in the district of Garmisch. The west terrace and garden offer wonderful mountain views of the Garmisch panorama. The cottage is located in a side street approx. 3 minutes from bus stop, shopping and hiking trails and is fully equipped for max. 10 people (+2 toddlers). Parking spaces. Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome for an extra charge! The landlords live in the next house and are happy to provide information about excursions.

We welcome you to the wooden nest! Your cozy vacation home with wooden cabin flair. Natural materials and sustainability await you on two levels in our solid wood house completed in 2022. Downstairs is the living/cooking/dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs is the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rain shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. Discover the beautiful nature that surrounds us here in Berchtesgaden National Park.

Large Frieda30: The semi-detached house in the Bobingen district of Straßberg has lots of charm and atmosphere. It's not all perfect, but it's really cozy! We have renovated from scratch with a lot of comfort and to feel good. The biggest plus is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland). You can use the huge garden to relax! Extensive walks in the forest (Naturpark Westliche Wälder) are possible from the house. Welcome!

Quiet apartment in Andechs (s'Wuidgehege)

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

For a family or 2 couples: a cute, colourful, complete cottage with garden, right next to the subway with 2 bedrooms (one of which has a sofa bed) for 4 guests (you could also add a toddler if you have a travel cot). There is also a cosy attic room as a living room (which can also be converted into a 3rd bedroom), a work loft, and a large cooking and dining area of 26 m² and a covered terrace with dining area, outdoor kitchen and barbecue.

The house by the walnut tree is a tastefully furnished vacation home, renovated with building biology materials, very well equipped and in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the romantic old town and a small lake. The non-smoking house can accommodate up to six people. No parties or bachelor parties. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to protect allergy sufferers.
