Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Beds are divided into 3 apartments, two apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and a room with three beds, the third apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two beds. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a covered terrace, a large garden with its own forest, covered parking for 3 cars, bicycle and ski storage, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Unser charmantes Tiny House steht auf einer kleinen Anhöhe etwas abseits von unserem kleinen Bauernhof im Vorderen Bayerischen Wald. Idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, eingebettet von Wiesen und einem Bachlauf sind wir dennoch nur 4 km vom Markt Scharzach mit den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Von der großzügigen Holzterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die saftig grünen Wiesen, zu unserem Hausberg (Degenberg), bis in den Bauerngarten.

In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond. The vacation home is particularly suitable for larger groups or families. For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.
