Beautiful house with large partially covered feel-good terrace + many modern seating areas + cool campfire + garden house and small sandbox as well as toy tractor for the little ones on site. 3 different types of loungers and a hammock for relaxation. A kettle charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + barbecue utensils, etc. Charcoal does not have to/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optionally bookable!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables are only limited in the house!

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. Spacious living room with fireplace and water view. Equipped kitchen, dining room on the terrace. 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. We have peace, comfort and a small boat. The house is fenced.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
