In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Here you can expect peace and quiet and natural, A glowing fire oven creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. A highlight is the outdoor bathtub, wood stove heated. (no running water at frost) Surround yourself with warm water. A forest sauna is about 100 m away. A wooden hut can also be rented. Pets by arrangement.

Magical cottage in Ortenburg

This wonderful place has its very own charm. The old shoemaker's house has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it had been built in 1878. However, the interiors of the house are adapted to contemporary needs and decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.
