it is a well organized construction. It is a small naturland -part of it- created. The concept is beautiful, the choice of furniture is very nice, it is a little troublesome house for people who are unobstructed or with limited mobility, it is necessary to be more dynamic. There are stairs at the top. cleanliness and items are fine. There are 2 air conditioners, electronics are working. The kitchen is minimalist, but it is sufficient.

We happily left this beautiful place where we went on advice. We recommend it with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Tarik for his sincere and friendly approach, hospitality and attention. It's a place we'd want to stay again without looking for another place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tüg’s beautiful villa. The house itself was stunning, with breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The location was perfect—just half an hour away from Marmaris and 10 minutes from the lovely town of Akyaka, both offering plenty to explore. The host was amazing—very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They went above and beyond by providing local recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you’re looking for relaxation, stunning scenery, or easy access to nearby attractions, this property has it all. I would absolutely stay here again!
