This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

In the heart of Gillespie Park, this bright & spacious home is a 10 min. drive to Lido Beaches and within walking distance to downtown shops, grocery, farmer's market, opera house, restaurants, bars, live music, tennis, parks, antique shops and performing arts. Old Florida bungalow on the outside, inside, it's updated with new appliances and bathrooms. A banyan tree offers private, shady repose on the back deck w/grill and dining area. Cozy Getaway by the Bay

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my cozy getaway is a mobile home located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay. There is a little beach 2 min. down the road where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish right off of it. The homes are a combination of mobile homes and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, friendly and 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.
