Escape to 75 acres of secluded, private land and lounge in this "hyggelig" tiny house. The house has everything you need, from heat and A/c, strong wifi, TV with streaming (sign in to Netflix, HBO, etc), full working kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave), shower and bathroom. This tiny house has an incredible amount of light coming in from the very large windows throughout. Outdoor amenities include wood patio, propane bbq grill, dining table/chairs, fire pit. "Wolf's Den" is a captivating tiny home, located 2 blocks from main st, artistically designed to provide a unique and cozy living experience. The property features a charming outdoor fenced-in patio with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing evenings and outdoor gatherings. Inside, the tiny home boasts a thoughtfully crafted interior, offering a rustic yet modern atmosphere. One of its highlights is the large 2 person custom shower, adding a touch of luxury to this intimate space.

Secluded Hilltop Cabin near Beacon & Cold Spring

3 private acres atop small mountain. Feels like you're way upstate - check out reviews! Hi-speed WiFi. Next to forest and hiking trails. Furnished deck w grill overlooks Mt. Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!

The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show. This lovingly restored home, built in 1826,is located within the hamlet of Nelsonville within walking distance of the village of Cold Spring. This home has its own entrance and private courtyard and is attached to the owners main residence. Space is curated with antiques and is intended for a couple. This is cozy any time of the year. This home is near trailheads of spectacular hikes in the Hudson Highlands and at the base of Bull Hill.
