The little Refuge

This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

Located in a very quiet area at the entrance to the city centre, in less than 15 minutes' walk, you are in the heart of the city centre and can enjoy the friendly and festive atmosphere, especially on Saturday, market day. The La Mongie ski resort is 30 minutes away, the first hiking trails are 10 minutes away.

Vous pouvez entendre la rivière se précipiter, mais pas de bruit de la circulation. Il y a très peu de pollution lumineuse donc on voit les étoiles exceptionnellement bien. Nous sommes situés près de la célèbre ville de Lourdes, de plusieurs villes thermales et de nombreux sites des hautes pyrénées.

Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
