Only 9-10 minutes walk from Villefranche Sur Mer's old town, you will find this luxurious penthouse in a very well-maintained residence. All of the apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015. The job was conducted by interior designer. The terraces with a total area of 36 m2, have a lovely panoramic view of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. Good sun with sun from morning to evening. Every room has its own terraces. The apartment has several parking spaces at its disposal.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Villefranche.

Beautiful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Villefranche Sur Mer. Located on the second floor above a yummy bakery, it is light, bright, has a/c and is centrally located. Just a short walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants, it is spacious, comfy and has an added sense of luxury. Why not open the french doors to soak up the ambiance of the South of France or hop on the 100 bus to Monaco, Menton or Nice. Visit the antiques market in the square below or have a drink in the cafe opposite!

La Petite Eze est une maisonnette de 20m² située dans les hauteurs d’Eze bord de Mer. Vous serez séduit par son charme pittoresque. La chambre et la cuisine donnent sur un joli jardin privatif fleuri et sa vue sur mer. En contrebas de la maison, à 10 minutes à pied, se trouve la gare d’Eze très bien desservie, le train vous permettra de découvrir les paysages magnifiques de la région. Vous pouvez également accéder à la maison en voiture, il est très facile de stationner autour de la maison.
