Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Modern, fully equipped for comfortable stay studio, in the center, with a big balcony and beautiful view. Quiet and calm, despite the fact that it is in the center, so you will sleep well and spend nice time having meals and drinks on balcony. The beach is in a 7-minute walk. Swimming pool works from the 1st of May till the end of September. 2 minutes walk to supermarket, local market, cafes and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Villa Kerylos. 10 minutes walk to Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild.

The residence is located at 500m from the train station and the supermarket, and within 1km from the private or public sandy beaches of Beaulieu sur Mer.
