Relax in this quiet and elegant duplex, refurbished of 60 m2 , located on the 2nd floor of a small building, it is accessed by an external staircase from the parking lot. Small balcony, crossing, south facing, not overlooked, very green neighborhood. Ground floor, air-conditioned and sunny. Large living room with lounge (TV, wifi), dining area. Two bedrooms, one on the first and one on the ground floor with a large wardrobe . Toilet on the ground floor but bathroom on the first floor.
