De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The apartment is in the district of Schneppenbaum in the municipality of Bedburg-Hau. Ideal for bike tours on the lower Lower Rhine. It is quietly centrally located, supermarkets and bakers as well as a forest are within walking distance. The apartment is about 70 m² and has a new spacious kitchen, dining area for four people, comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV, a bedroom with double bed and enough space for a child's extra bed. As well as a bathroom with shower.

The listed, loft-like accommodation offers 4 sleeping places with 2 double beds on two galleries. In the lower, open living area, another sleeping place can be prepared on the sofa bed. A baby crib is also available. The modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. Sauna (€30 extra as energy compensation) and fireplace provide relaxation on cold days, and the cottage garden on warm days. The bathroom with walk-in shower was completely newly installed in the barn.
