Indigo Cottage: views, bike storage, pet friendly

Indigo Cottage has been offering holiday accommodation for the last 17 years and has been rated by the council as of historical significance. With interiors to match but with modern conveniences it is surrounded by decking designed to capture the stunning views on all sides and provide great outdoor living space. It has an open fireplace for the chilly winter nights, and reverse cycle airconditioning/heating in each room. It also has locked bike storage and high speed NBN fibre to the premises.

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. This cottage, named Alice Harding after the well known peony cultivar, is set amongst an established garden with oaks, Japanese maples, liquid ambers, claret ash and tulip trees. The setting provides a great place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying all that this area has to offer.

Located in the small town of Wahgunyah in close proximity to the Murray River (two blocks) and wonderful walking/riding trails. Also near iconic wineries Cofields, All Saints, Pfeiffers and more. Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.
