Fantastic! With pool, beach and parking

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, terrace, with a table to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer salon. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.

the backyard house is the result of a dream. Located by the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is an immense dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not miss anything. Private terrace overlooking a leafy margin overlooking the river.
