This very cozy house offers a true feel-good place on around 43 square meters: a large living/dining area with a long kitchenette, a shower room and a spacious bedroom on the upper floor. Generous windows let in a lot of light. The natural wood construction creates a warm and very pleasant indoor climate. The small wood-burning stove with a large glass window in the door provides cozy warmth. A large terrace in front of the house allows convenient access to the house and offers plenty of space.

Beautiful thatched house for six people. Three bedrooms furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub on the first floor as well as a bathroom with shower and sauna to relax on the top floor. Spacious living and dining room with open kitchen and cozy furniture. Large southwest terrace overlooking the pond. In the fall and winter months, the fireplace conjures up a homely atmosphere. The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.
