Beautiful 33 m2 studio, separate bedroom, very recent equipped kitchen, 1 double bed 160, mountain/sea view, swimming pool, 1.7 hectare property, very quiet, superb panorama, hiking trails, 1 bathroom, 2 people, parking, in the middle of nature (Montferrer mountains), 10-15 min from all shops (Arles sur Tech), easy access, road in good condition, eggs from the henhouse and small jar of honey made at the Mas Can Ripe offered, 4-5° less than in the plain in summer. Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20).
