Located in the foothills of the Olympics, Shippen's Cabin offers the comforts of home in a wilderness retreat. The cabin is an ideal location to base your hiking adventure, or simply come to enjoy some time away from the city while exploring the area's many attractions. Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

Chicken Coop Guest House on Olympic Peninsula

Originally the cottage was a chicken coop on this 5 acre ranchette nestled in the small farming community of Happy Valley. As the valley became more residential the cottage has been nicely converted to a comfortable indoor/outdoor living space. Pasture and farm still abound and mix with wildlife and recreation. Olympic National Park and Forest just to the south. Strait of Juan de Fuca and Dungeness Recreation Area to the north. Pacific Ocean to the west and Hood Canal and Seattle to the east.

The Secret Garden

We are on the edge of town, but feels like miles away. This sweet cabin is peaceful and charming, surrounded with gardens, fruit trees and wildlife. Although we are within the city limits, you'll feel completely removed from the hubbub of daily life, with plenty of stores and restaurants near by. The Olympic Discovery trail runs very close by, making it easy to take a walk or bike ride. During the summer, feel free to pick a few raspberries, figs, peaches, apples, pears and even kiwis!

Come experience a perfect combination of civilization and sunny natural beauty. Our family-friendly home is situated on the Olympic Discovery Trail and has mountain views from the master. A few minutes walk will take you to wonderful Carrie Blake park or Hurricane Ridge Coffee. With three large bedrooms including a kiddo-friendly bunk bed and two big living rooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family. Very reliable high speed internet (250Gps) means you can work here too!

Here you can barbeque up dinner, relax by the fire, sit on the porch and enjoy your favorite movie on the projector. Then you can fall asleep listening to the sounds of nature with a crackling fire to keep you warm. You may wake up to the sound of a rooster crowing as you steep a fresh cup of coffee before you head out on your adventure exploring all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.

Enjoy a stay in this historical 1909 farmhouse, which has been updated with modern amenities while still maintaining turn of the century ambiance. The house features a well appointed kitchen and dining area, comfortable sitting room, entertainment area and lots of sleeping space. New self-contained Studio nestled on 5 acres of private, quiet farm land located in a valley less than 2 miles off Hwy 101 with a view of the surrounding hills. Elk sometimes wander throughout valley and coyotes may be heard at night. 2 miles from the City of Sequim and John Wayne Marina and Sequim Bay where there is access to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Plenty of outdoor fun with hiking trails, lavender farms, lakes, wineries, restaurants and shopping nearby.

The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.

Private guesthouse with it's own entrance and yard. We're located above Sequim, approximately 2 miles from downtown shops, restaurants and parks. Very close to the Olympic Discovery Trails, Sequim Bay State Park and Marina, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, Dungeness River Audubon Center and Railroad Bridge Park. The Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Deer Park are close enough for day trips and Neah Bay and the coast are approximately 2 hours away.
