Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home.
