Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Gite in the heart of the Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) that can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a large dormitory room composed of two 140 x 190 beds, an armchair (convertible into a single bed) and a baby bed. A piano accompanies this room. A shared common courtyard is available (dining area)
